Everything sold here is an instant digital download, which is why refunds work the way they do.

Digital downloads

Because files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the download has been unlocked.

That said, we are not interested in keeping money for something that did not work. If a file will not open, is missing, or is plainly not what the listing described, contact us and we will replace it or refund it.

Wrong item or duplicate order

Bought the same product twice, or bought the wrong one by mistake? Message us with the order reference from your Whop account and we will sort it out.

How to request one

Contact us through our Whop page with your order reference and a short description of the problem. We answer in the order requests arrive, usually within one business day.
